Job description

Under the supervision of the Design Coordinator, the Technical Data Management Agent will play a key role in updating and optimizing the Combinum product configurator. The main objective is to enhance the user experience on the web tool by ensuring accurate and up-to-date data across the entire portfolio of architectural lighting devices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, compile, and update product data files (physical and technical specifications, nomenclature, content, pricing, etc.).

  • Identify the best data sources and appropriately update data dictionaries.

  • Identify and resolve product configuration issues.

  • Manage changes (revision of parts, price adjustments, addition of extra options, etc.).

  • Process requests efficiently, professionally, and promptly.

  • Ensure smooth communication of revisions among project members and relevant departments.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation related to completed tasks.

  • Participate in meetings with suppliers, as necessary.

  • Perform any other related tasks that may contribute to project completion.


SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Relevant educational background (computer science, web, data management).

  • Experience in maintaining web platforms and/or databases.

  • Excellent mastery of Excel and key search and reference functions.

  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is a plus.
